Adults aged 21 or older can grow up to three plants at home. However, you must have a commercial license to cultivate more than three.
Maine does not allow recreational use of marijuana. However, it does allow for the purchase of five grams of concentrates. The tax on cannabis products is 15.5%. In addition, the state has a limit of 2.5 ounces of usable marijuana.
Qualifying conditions vary from state to state. For example, PTSD is not considered a qualifying condition in Maine. Likewise, depression and clinical anxiety are not included in the list.
